Spending $200 – $500 for a consultation could earn the seller an extra $10,000 or more on their sale price.

Irrespective of what services my client needs – staging, redecorating, renovations, or remodel, my initial walkthrough of their house or office allows me to establish their needs. Then I can accurately determine project requirements, make recommendations on how I can transform their space and satisfy their desires.

For the home seller, a consultation can be a great way to learn how to stage their own property by themselves or how I can help them and what services they can choose to best prepare their house to ensure they get the best price for their property.

How It's Done

✓ I conduct a room-by-room walk through, while the client takes notes.

✓ I provide specific recommendations on how to declutter and organize, what items and accessories the seller should keep in their home for staging, and which ones they should pack early for the move.

✓ I make recommendations on how to improve curb appeal, rearrange furniture, and decorate.

✓ I address any issues that could negatively affect the sale, and if the client has a budget, I make recommendations on repairs, paint colors to be used around the home, or small renovations.

✓ A written report with pictures can be provided at the client’s request for an additional cost of $100-$250 depending on the scope of work.
