While overseeing complex construction projects for more than 15 years, Luiza had the privilege to work with, and learn from, renown architects, designers, and contractors all over the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. This experience gave her a wide perspective on innovative design, trends, and problem-solving skills to tackle the most complicated issues.
Luiza is passionate about helping people and making them feel special. She blends art with the function to transform ordinary into extraordinary. She creates spaces that wow buyers and help them see the home’s potential. She aims to improve home’s/office’s functionality, esthetics, and value when remodeling/renovating. Luiza believes that every space should provide comfort, a feeling of wellbeing, and timeless elegance. Never content with mediocrity, always searching for fresh ideas, ready to pivot, adapt, and creatively solve challenges.
Luiza holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and she is a Certified Home Stager. Her experience as a Director of Construction Project Management in Commercial Real Estate equipped her to guide her clients from conception to completion and manage any size project on budget and on time, for a process that is exciting, enjoyable, and delivers stunning results.
