CHALLENGE: This office space had low ceilings, and challenging uneven floors, and concrete discolorations. We were also facing labor and supply chain issues.
SOLUTION: Bright white plenum helped creating higher ceilings. The variety of acoustic ceiling treatments and expansive views of desert landscape from every part of the office, complemented to the effect of open and airy feeling. A beautiful concrete looking tile, was installed on floated uneven floor areas to get the desired modern look. Furthermore, to give this office uniquely Arizona touch and to create the simple desert minimalism, warm cognac leather and light wood tones complement the timeless stone and tile. Working closely with PDO (architects), LVI (general contractor), and other vendors we were able to find creative solutions to overcome scheduling impacts, despite being heavily affected by global supply chain issues. Reception, boardroom, café, and putt-putt area are designed for the daily office use, and the movable glass walls allow for the boardroom to be completely opened and become part of the entire area for all hands meetings or events. The variety of linear acoustic ceiling treatments and expansive views of desert landscape from every part of the office, add to the effect. Plants and warm tones combined with beautiful furniture give the entire space a comfortable feel to relax and enjoy expansive views of the Camelback Corridor.
